The role will be reporting directly to the Distributor Director in China. Some key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies within agreed budgets to meet or exceed annual plan objectives; develop close partnerships with distributors to translate strategies into action and execution plans
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, addressing any key performance issues to ensure the delivery of objectives
Achieve distribution targets & volume growth as designated by channel, through effective distributor management and, where appropriate, through direct account management to end customers
Educate and partner with customers to ensure adequate understanding and awareness of our brand direction & effective selling techniques; ensure distributors understand the consumer/customer proposition.
Ensure all customers remain within credit and Accounts Receivable terms
Manage and control discount/rebate budgets

As a potential candidate you will be required to have experience in running distributor management. You will enjoy being an entrepreneur and be proactive in working with clients, local team. Some additional following requirements include:
Rich experience in B2B sales and channel management.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement sales plans
Good executor and follow up
Good spoken and written English and local language in his country.
Equip with outstanding analytical skills, and business development & planning skills, and interpersonal skills
