Finance Manager Job Purpose:
Perform with Administrative and Finance Department staff tasks related to accounting and financial management of the company.
Prepare, improve, and manage all plans, schedules, systems, policies, and procedures regarding the financial affairs in the company and all other related issues
Responsibility includes:
• managing company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• preparing budget for management approval
• arranging new sources of finance
• supervising staff
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Suggest, prepare and improve policies and strategies and long terms plans regarding financial and administrative issues, this will include the determination and establishing of the objective and the suitable recourses and methodology for realizing those objectives
• researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
