General Manager -WEBCOR BURUNDI-(Coffee) - Incoserv SAL (Offshore)

•Oversee planning and implementation of purchases plans with the ultimate objective to meet the quantities forecasted before crop starts,

•Administer daily Operations, at factory and washing stations level,

•Create, review and implement business procedures,

•Maintain a high quality consciousness

•Ensure compliance to all group systems, guidelines & policies,

•Work in close collaboration with Coffee Division Head,

•Manage financial budgets,

•Take care of companies expenditure and bills,

•Manage relationship with banks,

•Plan companies activities, delegate responsibilities,

•Supervise and provide technical guidance to subordinates

•Manage company property, such as washing stations, factory, Vehicles, telecommunication devices, laptops,

•Hire, train, assess and fire staff

•Travel frequently to company washing stations and factory
