HR Manager - GHANDOURAH TRADING EST.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 7-12 years in the field of human resource, 5 years of which in management capacity.

HR Manager's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:



Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Builds up, develops, and maintains a human resources information system that meets top management information needs;

- Develops HR objectives, programs, policies, procedures,

work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations;

- Plans and monitors Saudization requirements fulfillment.

- Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions;

- Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan;

- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with KSA law;

- Develops and updates job descriptions and person specifications;

- Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers;

- Manages staff’s visa documentation, company’s Zakat and tax documentation;

- Ensures that all company premises have proper facilities, safety, and security measures and that it qualifies for the approval of civil defense standard;

- Reports periodically on progress of work and status of pending items also performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
