• Analyze the drawings of the projects for switchgear items.

• Answer customer queries with regard to product specifications and pricing of Electrical items.

• Evaluate the requirements and prepare quotes for the Sales staff.

• Prepare and submit Quotations & Tenders.

• Report to the Electrical Manager on activities and achievements.

• Keep a record of customer information for customer call reports.

• Create weekly reports by collating and updating information related to orders and quotations for the department.

• Update the Projects database.

• Prepare Bills of Quantity for Schneider B2B orders.

• Quote online tenders for Qatar Petroleum - Quadrum.

• Prepare submissions needed for switchgear items.

• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
