IT Operator - Reed Specialist Recruitment

Reed Specialist Recruitment's client is looking for a Senior Information Security Officer in Doha, Qatar who will be working Day-to-Day Operational Process (End of Day Cycle) and working in three different shifts.



Job Objective:



• Working day-to-day operational process (End of Day Cycle).



 Following Daily Shift task and processing job

• Closing Daily Main Branch (Mosaic).



• Monitor Channels & Consoles

( ATM Host, Process, SMS Service & Process Gateway, IVR, SCOM, Backup Log, Tradewind, QCB Report Site, Communications etc)



• Cloning Daily Backup and verifying backup successfully taken.



• Scheduling & Printing Daily/Monthly Reports and as per the user request.



• Taking Daily multi backups from different life environment systems.



• Restoring Database to different Test Servers if there is request



• Monitoring daily backup and database Lock.



• Monitoring the output of every command for successfully execution.

• Completing daily three shift’s operational task mentioned in the daily log of Morning Shift / After noon Shift / Night Shift.

• Taking main branch daily CDS Backup.

• Executing daily multi life operational scripts.



• Monitoring Data Center and providing access to IT Floor.



• Checking daily Data Center A/C temperature.



• Checking daily UPS health checkup.



• Escalation to the concerned person and vendors if any error occurred during end of day process (core banking) and other systems and preparing Incident Report if there is incident.
