Marketing Manager - Manpower Middle East

Our client, a high end Furniture company is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Executive Director



Staff Reporting Channel: Other relationships include close interaction with the Managing Director, Executive Director Procurement, General Manager, Manager Retail, Manager Human Resources, Finance Manager



Authorities: May utilise the authorities associated with the position of Marketing Manager (as defined in various Company policies & guidelines, within department parameters and approvals).



Responsibilities:



Brand Communication:

• Support in creation of ‘Corporate brand communication philosophy’ and dissemination to stakeholders across the organization.

• Drive and manage marketing programs EDMS, Digital (ATL/BTL) to create brand awareness. Conceptualize, execute forward plan EDM’s, on - line, Digitals, telemarketing plans within agreed timelines.

• Generate demand and establish brand and product credibility in the marketplace in collaboration with other business groups and segment leaders.

• Agree and formulate annual execution of all ATL/BTL plans, follow through with desired results.

• Formulate all relevant touch- points, variations and adaptation of brand communication. Execute within agreed timelines.



PR & Communication:

• Planning and execution of Campaigns, PR activity and other surrogate marketing strategies for brand verticals.

• Liaise with Advertising, PR and Market Research agencies. Ensure ‘’ product’’ coverage/ mileage in all agreed publications.

• Budget and P&L - develop, monitor marketing budget; monitor ROI for all marketing programs including advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows, events and alliance programs.

• Develop qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing and communications initiatives.

• Formulate, execute, enhance, monitor and interact the social networking programmes.

• Guide the management of the website in all forms and results.



Store Launch:

• Responsible for new store openings and for conducting all relevant Catchment Studies and customer & market research.

• Develop and drive effective marketing store launch plans.



Community Development:

• Conceptualize programmes with community involvement.

• Execute as agreed with the management.



Events:

• Formulate a list of interior Designers and Architects. Conceptualize ‘special events’ with them at the stores.

• Formulate a plan towards credible builders for show - Villas/ apartments to encourage business opportunities.
