Marketing Manager

Job Purpose



• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company’s objectives.

• Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable company’s marketing objectives.

• Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan changes as needed.

• Overseeing all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.





Key Responsibilities



• Responsible for all Marketing activities of Company's Services& products.

• Develops annual marketing plans, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.

• To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget.

• Specifying market requirements by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

• Responsible for developing a pricing strategy in order to help the company gets the most profits while also ensuring the customer satisfaction program.

• Analyze and understand specific customer segments and use knowledge to develop and implement marketing initiatives.

• Provide senior management with the necessary information of problems and opportunities relating to the customer and marketing operational plan/ initiatives.

• Act to create and/or handle all types of customer enquiries up to order receipt /cancellation.

• Act to sustain and/or increase market share, and keep abreast with new market trends.

• Act to reach out to new clients and ensure repeated orders from existing clients.
