A prestige Construction company in Doha, Qatar is seeking to hire an Operating Expenses Manager



Responsibilities:



- Deliver the monthly operating expenses reporting process

- Provide insightful analysis of monthly and year to date actual versus budget

- Preparation and analysis of budget, forecast and 5 Year Plan operating expenses

- Preparation of monthly operating expense reports for distribution to Management team

and cost centre owner

- Preparation of operating expenses budgets and 5 Year Plans for distribution to cost centre owners,

Management team and Board

- Preparation of monthly current year forecasts and 5 Year Plan re-forecasts for operating expenses

- Preparation of insightful presentations of budgets, forecasts and 5 Year Plans for operating

expenses to the Management and the Board
