1- Make the project time and resources plan. Full knowledge of planning software Primavera P3, P5, P6..That includes full ability to schedule construction activities and load the program with cost and man-hours rates
2- Full understanding of the construction works Sequencing
3- Analyze and Detect errors in the work program
4- Interrelate the work program with other Departments such as Contract, procurement Purchase and ensure their commitments, and alert any deviations
5- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure their activities are well allocated in the main work program
6- Monitor and report progress, resources and feed their results to Project Manager
