Planning Manager

• Oversee the tender analysis and review of the tender documents.

• Oversee to ensure the implementation of the planning requirements are in accordance with the procedures related to planning such as:

1. Progress Updates and monitoring.

2. Schedule Analysis.

3. Resource and Cost Loading.

4. Cash flow.

5. Resource Histograms.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

7. Impacted programs related to EOT claims.

• Oversee the implementation of monitoring tools for progress monitoring and reporting for the sites on their respective division.

• Perform periodic planning reporting and recommendations to be provided to the General Manager/Project Directors/Project Managers on status of the sites on their respective division.

• Support Planning Engineer on critical issues on site. To coordinate and attend meetings as required with the Project Managers / Project Directors to resolve these issues and give advice on the planning point of view.

• Directly responsible for the preparation of the monthly schedule portion of the monthly progress report, including narrative and all scheduling update reports.

• Attend weekly meetings for both client and internally.

• Monitoring & Controlling the Progress.

• Making analysis about the issues concerned on site, risk analysis, claims and advice the Project Manager regarding all planning related matters on site.

• Conduct analysis of alternatives and options in the programming of the works to allow “what if” considerations where market fluctuations, Implementation of changes, and/or unanticipated events impact the design and construction schedule.
