QA/QC Engineer - Al Nakheel Agriculture and Trading

1. To be involved in developing existing QA/QC Programs as per Company’s Quality Policy that will establish operating policies and procedures.



2. Determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures in order to create Inspection and Test Plan in accordance to Project Specification requirements.



3. Coordinate with the Construction Manager and Safety Manager in preparing the Method Statements to be implemented in the project which includes work procedures, site preparation, materials and tools and equipment to be used and HSE risk assessment.



4. Ensure that project quality requirements are communicated and understood by all functional staff of the project. Assist with other staff to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality procedures and manuals.



5. Provide technical support to the Project Manager in submission of method statement, materials approval, shop drawings, as built drawings, and Operation and Maintenance Manual



6. To ensure project implementations are in compliance to the project quality requirements. Coordinate all inspections, monitor the required test and record inspection and test made.



7. Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings with the Project team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.



8. Raise Inspection Request (RFIT or ITN) and supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams (construction team, contractor and supplier as well) to maintain quality.



9. Review quality of all materials delivered on site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the procurement and supplier to maintain quality of materials.



10. Analyze all products / materials or work performance by the construction team and ensure non-conformances, complaints and queries are properly handled by the relevant functions and issues are timely closed.



11. To ensure corrective action measures are taken appropriately.



12. Coordinate with the Project Document Controller to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until end of the contract for retention on completion of the project.



13. Attend Monthly Project Meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems.



14. To participate in preparing list for close out procedures like O&M Manuals for project handing over
