QA/QC Officer

• Assist in studying the project scope of work and determine quality standards and measures for inputs and desired outputs.

• Prepare the QA/QC Plans and Procedures for the new projects.

• Provide quality measurement tools, contact laboratories and inspection parties to perform QA/QC as stated in the contract documents.

• Preview daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with the established standards and those activities constructed in non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner.

• Coordinate and document the testing and commissioning of building systems.

• Ensure maintaining the project "as-built" drawings on regular basis.

• Assemble and forward project closeout documents that include O&M manuals, as-built and warranties.

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Chief Project Management Officer.
