Recruitment Executive - Royal Group Companies Management- LLC

JOB PURPOSE



Recruit and hire talent according to job descriptions/specification with minimum turnaround time and high quality of skills.





3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



• Work closely with Operations Manager and HR Manager to plan recruitment initiatives and identify positions to recruit for.

• Maintain up-do-date record of all approved Recruitment Requisitions received from hiring manager.

• Post jobs appropriately using one or more recruitment channels including but not limited to; print, electronic and social media and other job portals.

• Shortlisting applicants for interview using a variety of selection techniques including psychometric testing Interviewing shortlisted candidates.

• Offer at least 3 CVs of shortlisted and screened candidates to hiring manager and coordinate to schedule interviews.

• Participate in the interview meeting as required and ensure to provide best candidate experience during the whole process.

• Work with hiring managers to evaluate and make selection.

• Negotiate salary and other entitlements with candidates and make offers as agreed by the hiring managers.

• Records and monitors recruitment costs and measures efficiency of methods.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed at every stage of recruitment & selection as per the recruitment procedure.

• Coordinate with PRO for visa processing of new hires and provide necessary documents for the purpose.

• Coordinate with HR Administrator for any logistics, travel arrangement for new hires if travelling from other country.

• Receive and greet the new hire on job commencement day and introduce to HR Manager who will arrange for the induction and other formalities for new employees.

• Be a single point contact for candidates to ensure consistency of candidate experience and avoidance of any communication gaps.

• Work with department managers and in consultation with HR Manager, develop and maintain recruitment standards to ensure quality of talent to be acquired.

• Ensure that all approvals are secured during the whole recruitment cycle.

• Participates in recruiting open houses, job fairs, ongoing research of the industry to collect information on trends and events that impact the availability and quality of resources and recruitment channels.

• Able to work as a team player within Recruitment as well as outside own function.





4. CONTEXT



The deliverables of this position are critical due to quality of competence and skill standards especially for operations staff deployed on clients facilities. Turnaround time to fill in a position is also critical to meet such requirements.



5. RELATIONSHIPS



Internal : Ongoing with HR Manager and all hiring managers.



External : Ongoing with candidates, head hunting agencies, job portals

administrators, print & social media providers.



6. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, TRAITS



Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

Experience : Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition preferably in Hospitality Sector.

Knowledge : UAE Laws relating to recruitment and visa processing. Knowledge of

elite hospitality industry and norms.
