To ensure that all stock and sales tracking reports are completed accurately and within agreed timescales to provide the sales team with the information they need to effectively manage the customer relationships. To coordinate between sales and other departments within Red and between sales and customers on updating sales and stock information.
•Gather all information required for stock and sales reports following up with customers to ensure that information is accurate and received within agreed timescales.
•Produce accurate stock and sales reports, publisher reorder reports and Business Review within agreed timescales for the sales team, Create suggested orders for smaller outlets in alignment with KAM.
•Ensure all DAY-1 PO’s received as per forecast and coordinate with Warehouse employees to ensure all deliveries received on time, report any discrepancies to KAM.
•Creating assorted list for warehouse as per the stocks available (proportionately).
•Check last supplied price for all titles of returns requested from customers.
•Follow up on information regarding write downs, calculate new costs and ensure that details are sent to retail outlet, check that these are reflected accurately in credit request notes, and advise warehouse of changes, confirm the price change with Merchandisers.
•Coordinate with merchandiser, be aware of the journey plan and ensure they have all the information they require on any write downs or returns.
•Ensure all details are correct for new titles and then send item creations to relevant retail outlets, with suggested order per outlet with regards to the preset distribution percentage.
•Update master list that link our SKU’s and Customers SKU’s.
•Update of Customer price list every Quarter (3 months), any differences to be rectified with customers.
