Sales Engineer - Manpower Middle East

• Visiting existing and potential customers; generate and pursue project sales leads; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

• Determine and adjust sales strategy based on analyzing and understanding changing market conditions.

• Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

• Establish annual, quarterly, monthly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

• Support the GM in the market to deliver customer proposals.

• Provide market intelligence to GM including identifying and communicating market conditions that hinder sales.

• Customer/account management: to gain knowledge of the customer’s departments, ongoing projects.

• Assist Finance Dept with collection of payments.

• Design, prepare and distribute marketing materials, product presentations, both general and customer specific.

• Prepare, send, and follow-up quotations.

• Follow up sales orders across all departments - sales, production, and delivery - to ensure positive customer experience and to develop customer loyalty
