To deliver sales and trade marketing objectives for assigned accounts by developing and effective and profitable relationships with new and assigned customers, maximizing sell through. To execute a professional distribution service for suppliers’ products that effectively and professionally meet the expectations and objectives of suppliers, assigned customers and end users alike.
•Developing the most effective sales approach for each customer, by building strong multi level business relationships with existing and potential customers, that delivers revenue targets for RED.
•Identify opportunities to promote the sale of RED current stock holding.
•Initiate and follow through on trade marketing campaigns.
•Evaluate and develop appropriate recommendations for your assigned accounts on reorders and stock held.
•Develop and carry out an efficient weekly journey plan so that all stores in the territory are visited and required actions carried out.
•During store visits ensure that Red Products are merchandised and priced correctly, taking photos as required.
•Execute trade and marketing plans for new product launches; ensure they are carried out effectively.
•Ensure compliance to all RED sales and marketing policies and procedures on a day to day basis.
•Follow up on stock shipments, liaise with Red Logistics, clear shipments with the Ministry and ensure stock is delivered on time and proof of delivery invoices are collected from the customer and sent to the Regional Sales Manager.
•Produce reports on stock in trade, pricing and competitor activity sending this to the Regional Sales Manager within agreed timescales.
