RPM is looking for a Sales Manager that can expand on its existing business and build new cliental for its classroom and experiential training programs. This Sales Manager will be the link between clients and the company. They are responsible for obtaining sales goals and maintaining client relations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing new leads and potential clients (cold calling, door-to-door, CRM Management, follow-ups, etc.)
- Developing new sales from existing clients
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their program needs
- Working with Human Resource Departments to coordinate a training schedule that meets client’s brief and budget
- Presenting, alongside colleagues (particularly account and business managers), company profile and programs
- Working with Account and Business Manager on creating sales strategies and target goals
- Handling budgets, managing programs and invoicing clients
- Writing sales reports
- Undertaking administration tasks
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Negotiating with clients and staff about program details
