Job Purpose
• Responsible for developing and maintaining sales strategies to meet company’s objectives.
• Responsible for effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making to attain desirable company’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for all sales activities of Company's services& products.
• Develop annual sales plans, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• To manage the Sales Department Budget. Delivery of all related activities within agreed budget.
• Provide senior management with the necessary information of problems and opportunities relating to the customer and sales operational plan/ initiatives.
• Act to reach out to new clients and ensure repeated orders from existing clients.
• Act to create and/or handle all types of customer enquiries up to order receipt /cancellation.
• Exhibiting effective training skills and providing job training and performance feedback to subordinates, encourage the involvement of team members within the department’s affairs.
• Act to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives.
