Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of company's goals and objectives.

 Assigns job to staff and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output.

 Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.

 Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results.

 Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.

 Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

 Ensure, in cooperation with finance, the financial records and controls.

 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

 Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

 Guides pricing strategy. Guides production planning

 Give adequate inputs to business to develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.

 Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of company products and/or services, analyzing business development needs and monitoring market trends.

 Compile and/or design lists / catalogues / technical brochures for company products or services.

 Design / conduct periodic Customer satisfaction surveys and reporting thereof.

 Prepare market analysis, which shall include market trend and competition analysis.

 Deliver presentations and meet with clients as necessary and appropriate.

 Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new potential clients proactively.

 Facilitate clients visit and meeting with Company senior management.

 Follow up existing prospects and seek out new prospects with clients strategically and systematically.

 Prepare prospects reports and profiles.

 Deal with Company’s business registration with clients, and project pre-qualifications.

 Facilitate and coordinate the proposal preparation, submission, clarification, contract negotiation.

 Follow up contract execution up to close-out, maintain relationship with clients for future businesses.

 Work closely with other departments with proactive and cooperative attitude.

 Prepare and submit work report on weekly basis.
