Sales Officer ( Kitchen, Bathroom, Lighting, Home Appliances)

a) Greet customers and respond to all customer inquiries and requests meeting Company's customer service standards

b) Create Customer records in system and assure accuracy of data entered according to Company's policy.

c) Prepare Customer quotations after checking availability date of items, and communicate any changes and/or alternatives to the customer

d) Contact customers to confirm quotations prior to expiry date of quotation, and ensure that the system is regularly updated

e) Calculate monthly sales forecasts and evaluate customer trends

f) Check quantities of goods on display and in stock and inform concerned logistics team for replenishment

g) Liaise with Supply Chain Dept. to follow-up on the progress of existing orders [ Eg. Check with supply chain manager regarding availability of items upon customer request ]

h) Provide advise to customers on forthcoming product developments and special promotions

i) Direct customer complaints to concerned department and the contact center
