Our Loss Prevention team works across all divisions, brands and geographies, to protect profit and reduce losses. Working pro-actively, following lines of investigation as well as providing insight and recommendations to divisions, our loss prevention team works across brands and regions giving them valuable exposure to a range of sectors and environments that ultimately deliver bottom line value to the business.
The Role:
The Senior Manager Loss Prevention manages a team of Area Loss Prevention Managers to implement strategic initiatives to significantly reduce and minimise areas of risk related to security, stock loss/shrinkage, safety, and contingency / crisis management across all business operations, investigate results, trends and instigate remedial actions to maximise sales, profit and minimise loss/risk.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A good general secondary education, relevant professional qualification desirable.- A minimum of 5 years' loss prevention experience or 7 years' retail operations management experience with knowledge of retail risk management, security and implementation of retail action plans.- Experience of leading a team with full line management responsibilities.- Strong commercial awareness.- Proactive, detail orientated and ability to manage multiple priorities.
