Smartphone Software/Hardware Technician:
• Has Software or Hardware repair experience to more than two years in mobile retail.
• Has experience in direct sales of Mobile/Electronics retail shops.
• Experienced in dealing with customers, and has a good knowledge on customer care.
• Deep knowledge of new smartphones and models.
• Knowledge of all new types/Trends of smartphone connected electronics like wearable technology and connected home.
