The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenues and asset growth by providing appropriate solutions and value added services to existing client base and also enhancing the client base by establishing new relationships and acquiring fresh assets from these potential clients.
The job aims at addressing the client’s banking needs and providing high standard advice / solutions with the assistance of senior colleagues in WM as well as BSF’s affiliates such as (GT, CAAM-Fransi, and Fransi Tadawul).
1. Client financial & servicing needs:
Determine financial needs of clients and provide them with the most appropriate solutions. Refer services and products that address their needs.
2. Prospecting new clients:
Perform prospecting duties by using personal social circle, other business line contacts, and active referrals from existing satisfied clients.
3. Current relationships:
Continually and delicately question clients to discover their requirements, motivations, needs, financial services problems, and activities with competition.
4. Monitor Client’s operations:
Daily monitor very closely all operations and balances of every single client. Understand the economic background of client’s activities with the bank. Take pre-emptive actions on maturing deposits and facilities, expiring ID and Cards.
5. Sell services and solutions:
Provide clients with most appropriate BSF services, and solutions at the appropriate pricing.
6. Refer client to CAAM-Fransi and Fransi Tadawul products:
Meet clients along with CAAM-Fransi and Fransi Tadawul authorized representatives to explore and determine client requirements, and have CSF and FT provide the most appropriate solutions.
7. Monitor Client’s investments:
Daily monitor client’s assets and investments, and keep close communication with clients, informing them of performances, problems, and asset allocation.
8. Compliance:
Fully understand compliance regulations.
Document all communications with clients through call memos, and written correspondence to clients.
Promptly obtain any documentary requirements from clients (certified ID copies, original instructions, account applications general or specific documentation.
Comply with approved policies and procedures of BSF, SAMA and CMA.
9. Credit operations:
Acquire advanced knowledge on credit operations and all risks involved.
Acquire information on client’s financial assets and revenues, as well as client’s credit true needs.
Prepare and argue constructively with supporting documentation client credit application.
Closely monitor client credit facilities, reacting promptly to any potential discrepancy or risk.

Evaluate revenue and spreads in order to determine continued profitability, always
