Job Description:

• Prepares estimates of projects or parts of projects for a specific discipline.

• Prepares the appraisal and detailed analysis of the tender documents.

• Prepares material and subcontract inquiries.

• Prepares and checks the Bills of Quantity.

• Produces proposals regarding work methods and equipment to be used including scheduling.

• Co-ordinates with other departments.
