Insurance Liaison Officer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for end to end Motors claim Insurance processes for NBK Automobiles Company.

Partner with Insurance Companies and Group Insurance Departments in solving Disputes between NBK & Insurance companies.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Objectives:

1. Responsible for follow up, submission of all the automotive insurance claims of NBK Automobile Company.

2. Partnering with Insurance companies & ensures speedy process and approvals of Insurance claims of NBK Automobiles.

3. Ensuring 100 % correct, required & acquired documentations of all insurance claims submissions.

4. Ensuring “NO” disputes occur with NBK Auto & Insurance companies.

5. Ensure all the “Necessary” Approvals received from the insurance companies before the Job Card is opened.

6. Responsible for all the processes involved in case of additional Estimate submission is required.

7. Ensure NBK Automobiles collects all the Credit NOTES / Cheaque payments from the respective insurance companies.

8. Follow up with insurance companies and check on the status of claim forms.

9. Assist the NBK Auto customers for opening accident repair's insurance claim (if required)

10. Verify police report and ensure the accurate completion of all relevant documents for each estimate

11. Submit estimates & documents with photos to respective insurance companies & partner with Insurance Surveyors in quickly getting the insurance approvals and Insurance files / LPO’s.

12. Establish and maintain positive working relationship with insurance personal’s to encourage quick business process for NBK Automobiles.

13. Resolve NBK automobiles customer complaints related to insurance immediately and according to dealer ship guidelines.

14. Generate business for the NBK Auto body shop thru strengthening relationship with new & current insurance companies

15. Negotiate with insurance companies (where ever necessary) and arrange final approval and LPO to start repair

16. Compile the daily report and send the same to the Finance Director, Aftersales Manager & Bodyshop Manager.

17. Effective understanding of the rules and regulations govern by insurance policies and procedures.

18. Coordination with Service Advisors of NBK automobiles and work on getting a quick

19. Prepare final billing for repairs completed and submit to insurance companies for payment.

20. Maintain Account receivable statement for each insurance company.

21. Carry out all the necessary jobs as requested by the Manager.
