Planning Administrator - Qatar Foundation

Job Purpose:The IT Planning Administrator coordinates & facilitates the IT Strategy and Planning related activities; may acts as a liaison with IT, Business users and vendors as appropriate; Works together with consultants and strategy team t to ensure all stakeholders understand and positively participate in IT Strategy and Planning exercise to meet their IT business needs/requirements.

KEY RESULT AREAS Coordinates & facilitates the Strategy and Planning activities, meetings. Support in undertaking daily priority needs as instructed and to assist in general clerical and communicative duties for the IT Strategy department. Schedules appointments maintains calendars and complies minutes of meetings, Schedules coordinates and facilitates meetings facilities usage events and/or travel arrangements as required Responsibilities also include general administrative assistant duties such as filing, copying, coordination of meetings, keeping inventory of supplies, processing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling travel, preparing expense reports perform routine budgeting functions, and assisting with other tasks as assigned Maintains Contracts of the IT Department - logging, tracking, monitoring, etc Monitors status of the assignments and MOMs ensuring that deadlines are met; Lead and evaluates planning progress and reports progress. Cooperate and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders as appropriate to ensure clear understanding for IT Strategy and planning cycle.  Responsible for organizing, coordinating all planning cycles related resources and effort. Coordinates with other divisions within IT to ensure the planned course of actions are practiced and executed. In some assignments act as focal point for IT planning tasks and related activities.
