Requirement: Candidate must have at least 7 years experience in Building Construction with a minimum of 5 years UAE / GCC experience, preferably in Oil and Gas sector.
Must be available in UAE for personal interview.

Job Responsibilities:
The Planning Engineer develops the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities, in order to ensure the project is completed timely, safely, & on budget.
• Schedules, plans and oversees the entire program of work.
•Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.
•Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope
•Determines appropriate logistics solution and resources
•Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
•Prepares cash flow, charts & histograms on planning projects
•Verify critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
•Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
•Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
•Prepares Progress reports
•Prepares Labor histograms
•Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
