The Company offers total solutions for the healthcare projects within the Middle East region. Over the last two decades, we had built sound relationships with selected clients and had been successful in delivering healthcare projects ranging from primary clinics, community hospitals, general and teaching hospitals, specialized medical centers, through to complete medical complexes and cities. The Company services ranges from programming, planning, full architectural and engineering designs, biomedical engineering to construction administration and project management.



Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:



The primary duties of the Project Design Manager/Senior Architect including but not limited to planning, directing, managing and monitoring all management and architectural aspects from one of different healthcare, residential, accommodation, industrial projects. Works in concert with own team, other discipline, stakeholders and contractors to manage project progress. Establishes client relations and is involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Responsible for and Conducts Conceptual, schematic design development and contract document work sessions with Project Architects and other disciplines. Coordinates workload/staffing with the project team through all phases of the project to complete documents on schedule, in budget and within the quality standards. Works with the Management for project reviews

• Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues

• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders

• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk

• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality

• Technical skills in means and methods/constructability/specifications.

• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management

• Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable

• Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
