Project Director

The Project Director will be responsible and accountable for the control and execution of all aspects of building and construction works for a mixed use multi-billion dollar infrastructure project in Doha.



Managing all aspects of the project covering architectural, civil/structural, infrastructure, design and build whilst managing leading international consultancies and contractors.

Manage, maintain and monitor staffing levels, motivate contractors to fulfill the project on time and against budget.

Lead, negotiate and present ideas.

Leading a skilled project team, in the incumbent will have a detailed understanding of project objectives and requirements, particularly relating to technical specification, schedule and cost limits.

Monitor, analyse and feedback the progress of all project tasks and milestones against objectives, identifying where potential issues exist and instigate corrective action as required.

Communication is critical in this role, ensuring all parties are informed, providing compelling reasoning for actions, while maintaining strong working partnerships.

Maintain relationships with clients and partners such as regional governments, developers, utility clients, equipment suppliers and sub-contractors.

Provide commercial leadership and management of claims.

Provide regular reporting to management and ensure delivery of project to time, budget and within safety and quality standards.
