SECRETARY / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Leading German distributor for automotive spare parts is looking for an experienced secretary / office administrator for the company in Jebel Ali Free Zone.



Your responsibilities will be:



- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences

- Arrange for visa and work employment contracts

- Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes

- Arrange bookings of local and international travels

- Maintenance of all office files and documents in good organization

- Handle telephone calls

- Manage petty cash and purchase of stationary and warehouse materials

- Submit documents at administrative and legal institutions such as JAFZA HQ, chamber of commerce

- Perform general clerical duties
