Service Delivery Manager - OTS (Optimal Technology Solutions)

Client Facing and Management:



• Engage with stakeholders as a single contact to the Delivery organization for Solution/Service Management within one or more business domain(s) and interface with them on a daily basis regarding status and budget.

• Proactively scopes and presents solutions required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

• Identify opportunities across the current client base and work with account management teams to acquire them.

• Engage proactively the client, internal Subject Matter Experts and team members and keep them all aligned.



Management:



• Acquire, develop and retain talent; demonstrate a track record of developing services leadership

• Manage tracking, utilization and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of deliverables.

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Ensure that solution delivery is done on time, within budget and with high client satisfaction.

• Facilitating communication among team members - internally and with the client - via regular team meetings and the project website



Practice Management:



• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a service/project and scope.

• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces standards.

• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.



Training and Development:



• Stays apprised of industry standards, new programs/opportunities and can advise/train internal and external stakeholders on new ways to reach targets.

• Provides coaching and professional development to internal and external teams in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

• Drive service excellence through the entire service delivery team and delighting clients.

• Works with relevant stakeholders to develop best in class strategies, frameworks, tactics and plans for our client to effectively meet their business objectives and tangible benefits.
