About the Job:
We are looking for a Stock Controller who will be assigned in Ajman, UAE. He will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities.
* Accurate stock management
* Safe keeping of VCC (Vehicles Customs Certificate)
* Timely delivery of units to buyers and ensuring proper documentations
* Realizing and accepting vehicles from different branches
* Preparing accurate monthly stock report and participate in the company's annual unit physical inventory of damaged vehicles.
* Allocation of stock on national level based on sales orders
* Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports
* Physical Stock inventory and conduct an audit to ensure its accuracy
* Coordinate Sales Planning
* Coordinate Actual and forecast sales between all branches
* Vehicle Logistics (from Factory to Al-Futtaim Stock)
* New product ordering, negotiate pricing & discounts/Special orders in line with order study
* Managing shipping lines & logistics such as documentations, VCC, clearance and invoicing
* Other administrative duties
