About the role ::
As a Store Supervisor you will manage and oversee all the functions of the warehouse and ensuring smooth operations of all activities. An individual of this profile also requires handling and managing warehouse staff and adhering to necessary safety and legal procedures of work place. You need to ensure that all procedures & policies mentioned in the warehouse manual are followed by all staff.
This position also requires the individual to work in a dynamic environment and exercise prompt decision-making and problem solving abilities. Timekeeping, reports, scheduling, training, coaching &
disciplinary actions also are major part of the role.
About You ::
To be successful you must have a minimum schooling equivalent of UK ‘O' level (12th Grade pass) and have exceptional written and spoken English ability. You will have a minimum 2 - 3 years of previous warehouse/ logistics experience; with Knowledge of Inventory Management ( Ex. FIFO method) and working Knowledge of Navision and MS Office. A Thorough knowledge of storeroom and warehousing methods and procedures including storage, distribution and perpetual inventory control as well as occupational hazards and proper safety precautions involved in warehousing operations.
