For a designated range of products and company’s business in an assigned territory/ country in the Export markets.•To estimate market potential for company’s products in assigned territory / country.•To engage the marketing team for local communication and marketing researchneeds.•To develop a business and market plan for company products in the assignedmarkets indicating therein sales volumes, margins, market share and market spends.•To identify and appoint distributors in the assigned markets, engage the distributorswith detailed plans for secondary sales, outlet expansion, market activities withrespect to ATL/ BTL and the training and development of the distributors field force.•To forecast and procure sales orders from the assigned territory / country andensure its incorporation in the production and shipment plans.•To ensure customer commitments are honored and Company’s image andreputation is upheld at all times in the assigned territory / country.•To carry out periodic reviews of market performance with the distributor and the BUteam to determine new interventions or modify market plan for target achievement.•Periodically carryout cost studies for determining own vs. third party distribution inthe assigned territory / country•To develop new product / new SKU plans consistent with market potential and pricepoints.
