Through your passion for the brand and the Beauty business you will provide motivational and inspirational training across the region in order to elevate the brand and maximize sales. In addition you will develop close working relationships with the region’s retailers in order to improve Burberry’s in-store space, location, adjacencies at point of sale. You will monitor competitor activity and provide regular sell-out data and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver in-store motivational training (history, philosophy and product) across the entire region to drive sales and ensure that the Burberry brand is correctly positioned and elevated
- Provide regular group training across the region (training the trainers) on new product launches etc
- Providing in-depth training to Beauty consultants on the entire Beauty range (fragrance and make-up)
- Develop and implement the retail strategy in line with the Middle East and India Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager
- Hold regular meetings with the retailers to determine targets, exclusivities, new launches etc in conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager and Account Manager
- Actively improve the Burberry brand’s in store space, location branding and adjacencies in conjunction with the Account Manager and Marketing Manager
- Ensure that all counters are correctly positioned (adjacencies) and executed in order to elevate the Burberry beauty brand and maximise sales at point of sale
- Monitor the brand’s positioning in the market vs the competition. Provide competitor activity in the stores - performance, launches and market trends.
- Provide retail sell-out data and tracking for Regional Key Accounts as agreed with AM
- Build strong relationships with retailers to maximise sales revenue and profitability.
- Oversee new door openings, counter moves and closures
