Contracts Manager - Executive Solutions

We are looking to recruit a Contracts manager for a leading UK business operating in the GCC region serving the Oil and Gas and Construction sectors.



This position has arisen as a result of the continued growth of the KSA business, this is an immediate requirement due to being a newly created business to support the businesses growth. The Contracts Manager KSA will report jointly to the Operations Director for KSA & Bahrain and the Commercial Director for MENAI.



Key responsibilities of the position are:



• Evaluation and subsequent negotiation of tender contract terms and conditions

• Drafting of contractual correspondence and managing the preparation and settlement of contractual entitlements and claims

• Provide guidance on contract matters to commercial and operational staff, including training in contracting practices and procedures

• Work with regional Commercial team to develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy

• Ensure commercial, risk management, and legal compliance are performed in accordance with Policies and Corporate Governance requirements
