Prepare various monthly reports, Schedules & Reconciliation relating to Monthly Financial reports

Monthly Expense Analysis

Create necessary provisions;

Process cost invoices

Checking and recording cash vouchers

Bank reconciliation

Forwarding supplier invoices for payment

Local and foreign purchase control accounts reconciliation

Attending inventory count

Intercompany accounts reconciliation

Performing surprise cash count

Monitoring cash in hand held for salary and settlements

Checking debit and credit notes issued by the subsidiary & parent company

Any other duties assigned
