Job Objective
To ensure that all public areas and back of house areas are kept to the highest possible standard of cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Supervise the daily cleaning of specific areas within the Club as directed by the Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeper.
2. Follow and be a role model for all applicable policies and procedures.
3. Have knowledge of 5* hotel international brand standards for Housekeeping.
4. Have knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
5. Work on ad hoc projects are assigned by the Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeper.
6. Perform other duties may be assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor from time to time.
