IT Manager

Responsible to plan, direct and manage the activities and operations of the IT function.



Key Tasks

- Develop and implement IT strategy in support of company’s mission and objectives. Advise the top management on strategic systems conversions and integrations

- Develop an IT business plan budget and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that target are met .

- Manage the procurement, development and implementation of hardware and software facilities to ensure timely and cost effective provision of service.

- Lead the selection, approval and management of all vendors;

- Develop, implement, monitor and control IT Policies and Procedures in line with International standards ensuring applicability to the business environment.

- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives.

- Periodically evaluate overall operations of IT function and recommend enhancements.
