The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be a key member of the Human Capital team and a significant contributor toward driving TeleTech’s consulting talent in Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. The position will report to Basak Akcam, Human Capital Director for TeleTech’s Consulting Services organization in the Middle East. This multi-faceted position will carry responsibility for:

• Full life cycle recruitment to include research, sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation, hiring manager relationships, candidate follow up, references, offer letter, Visa and immigration requirements, on boarding, reporting and system maintenance.

• Growing TeleTech’s pipeline of interested, engaged and available talent within the region through strategic sourcing and recruiting plans.

• Improve organization attractiveness by being an ambassador for new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasize TeleTech’s value proposition.

• Evangelize the customer experience culture and mission of the organization while keeping a keen eye on talent that exhibits our core values.

• Actively participate in client business meetings; educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participating in professional organizations to keep job knowledge and skills cutting edge and fresh.

• The ideal candidate will be passionate about university recruiting programs and appreciate the importance of such programs as a pillar of the broader talent strategy. An individual who brings a track record of success in university recruitment from previous roles and will apply that expertise to drive continued efficiency/optimization in our university outreach program.

• Matchmaker – Modern recruiter with an innate instinct for mutual connection between teams and candidates. Intuitiveness to network and navigate skillsets, hiring manager personalities and culture to make a perfect match.

• Marketer – Thinks about jobs the way marketers think about products. Demonstrate know how to craft the right story for the right audience through profiles or employer branding and promotion.

• Salesperson – Expert at building a pipeline, nurturing leads and closing deals. Have the people skills and negotiation acumen to win for both sides.

• Talent Advisor – Trusted advisor to business partners regardless of title. Informs leadership of critical talent trends and has a seat at the table when key decisions are made.

• Data Analyst – Live and die by the mantra, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” Numbers and data will not only help make better decisions, but also earn the trust of others in the organization.

• Researcher – Frequently flex the research muscles for candidate pools, employment and skills trends as well as staying up to speed on the competition.

• 5-7 years of overall work experience with at least 2 years of talent acquisition experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience finding talent for service-based industries; Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector

• Hiring for a recognized consulting firm experience preferre
