MIS Manager - Incoserv SAL (Offshore)

a) Provide multiple feasible and practical solutionsb) Manage the several MIS/ERP projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of internal customers;c) Researches and builds cost effective, efficient and innovative technology solutions to meet business needsd) Make sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new onee) Collaborates effectively between all members of the IT department and organization;f) Gathering internal customer requirements and structure them in to a clear and logical document;g) Collaborates effectively between all members of the IT department and organization;h) Communicates professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing with other vendors and customers;i) Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP). Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for Information Technology services.j) Plan, direct, coordinate and review the work plan for warehouses application support staff. Assign work activities. Review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures. Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems. k) Analyze business systems to determine effectiveness. Identify inadequacies, inefficiencies and problems and recommend solutions. Develop system specifications. Recommend application software developmentl) Stay current on and adhere to established policies, procedures and documentation.m) Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects. Prepare Gantt and PERT charts using automated project management tools.n) Meet and negotiate with vendors regarding software and hardware procurement and maintenance. Ensure compliance with contract specifications. Consult with vendors regarding system functionality
