Network Supervisor

Job Purpose Responsible for maintaining, installing & configuring, designing network infrastructure and Network applications. Ensure network infrastructure is up to date with technology standard. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities The IT Network Supervisor primary objectives are: 1. Maintain & Support the bank’s LAN/WAN environment, and ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users (Staff, Customers, etc). 2. Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services. 3. Report issues, respond to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, and outside vendor 4. Perform IT day to day operations. 5. Verify the functioning of the server and detect any eventual malfunctioning in order to take corrective actions. 6. Follow up and maintain multi-site network operations and software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance. 7. Install and setup banks Devices, application systems, and other IT software. 8. Participate in studying, testing, and implementing of new application systems and IT solutions. 9. Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issues and restore services. 10. Maintain IT procedures. 11. To provide all IT technical support functions, and network administration, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of incidents and problems.. 12. Role as backup staff for technical support and any other duties as assigned by management
