Project Cost Controller - ِِِAlshareef Holding Company

• Contribute to preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties

• Attend pre-tender meetings and provide pre-tender and post-tender budget evaluation

• Analyze bids, build up unit rates and finalize tenders

• Evaluate variation orders, extra works and obtain quotations from suppliers and contractors

• Assist in investigating project sites for estimating purposes and submit validation reports

• To provide sound financial advice on any issue as and when required

• Produce accurate and timely reporting of all key financial data of the projects

• Produce Project budgets and forecast cash flow

• Ensure project costs are tightly controlled

• Seek opportunities to maximize profitability and cash flow

• Review and confirm the budget matching with all projects PO's and expenses
