Project Manager - Rawaj Co. for Recruitment

-Project Management, Project & Detail Scheduling, Material Planning, Resource Planning and Budgetary Estimation.



-Responsible for all project coordination internally with the company team and with suppliers as well as with the owner representative in regards to all different aspects related to the project.



-Implementation of Quality assurance and Quality control plan implemented during the projects.



-Identifying the project risks and to take corrective and preventive action.



-Preparing the project revenue plan, cash flow IN/Out and customer invoicing process to achieve the initial cash projection.



-Preparing the purchase orders for the required material during the project execution.



-Limiting the project expenditure and resources, utilizing it effectively within the budgetary estimation.
