Sales Manager - Yislamoo

Yislamoo, a comprehensive Arabic greetings provider, offers products on retail/wholesale basis to varying industries as well as corporations.

We are seeking to hire a motivated Sales Manager to join us. Main tasks will be, but not limited to:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve local and regional sales goals and revenues

• Recruit, train and manage sales team and coordinate their action plan

• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team and KPIs.

• Assist with the development of sales and marketing presentations and proposals

• Co-ordinate and monitor online sales activity and customers’ accounts

• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue

• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

• Research and monitor competitive landscape and customer behavior

• Analyze data to identify sales opportunities

• Cultivate effective and direct business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts

• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics

• monitor industry best practices

• prepare business case studies, internal researches and analytical reports for internal and external use
