Senior Designer - Kawader Manpower

Accompany the Executive Manager to initial meeting with the clients to get the brief.

Concept design & development for graphics, product illustrations, corporate identity, promotional campaigns, websites, Booths, exhibition stands & events.

Plan, direct, and supervise the work of the design team to ensure quality designs are delivered on time.

Approve all designs and art work before they are sent for production.

Coordinate with the project manager to ensure the project’s success from concept design through to completion.

Coordinate with the projects manager for project budgeting and prepare the project estimates that meet the clients requirements.

Work closely with the project manager to ensure the project is implemented as per the design and quality requested.

Work closely with all team members to achieve company goals

Maintain & organize a filing system to ensure that all projects files are up to date.

Prepare and update reports requested by the line managers.Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
