SR. Consultant-ISO 20000 ITSM - Altran

- Conduct As Is assessment in line with ISO 20000-1:2011 standard.

- Gap Analysis and Recommendation for achieving ISO 20000-1:2011 certification.

- Review ISO 20000 processes, workflows, policies.

- Develop templates, guidelines and other job aids to run the process.

- Consultant to the all ISO 20000 process managers for process improvement/optimization.

- Conduct periodic ISO 20000 audits, gap analysis and recommend improvement opportunities
