HR Pulse is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, self-motivated Telesales Representative for the following duties:
DESCRIPTION
• Communicate with potential Clients by phone to sell our services.
• Explain services and special promotions to customers
• Maintain database and record necessary Clients’ contact details and sales information.
• Document status of all calls indicating leads generated or leads which could not be pursued due to either disconnected phone numbers or lack of interest.
• Participate in projects, duties, and other tasks assigned by management.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Other duties as assigned by management
