dubizzle is searching for a Creative Lead! We are looking to bring on a Creative Lead who can play a pivotal role in defining our approach to creative and work on bringing it to life by spreading the message of disrupting consumer exploitation. Our Creative Lead will make dubizzle the most relevant and trusted brand in the region by driving excellence within the agency and build a world-class creative team.
At the moment you could work in an agency, for a sweet brand, as an independent guru, or be from Neptune - to us it doesn’t matter as long as you can bring strong leadership to one of the region’s best online brands, and take analytical thinking, through logical strategy, and into a downright awesome execution in the science and art of marketing.
We know our brand is the glue that holds the Dubizzle universe together. The way we build our site, the way we interact with our customers and the way we market our wow services all stem from the same values that are rooted in our brand essence.
What you’ll do:
• Working on briefs from internal and external clients to create globally recognized creative concepts and inspiring creative excellence across all projects within the agency.
• Ensuring all creative concepts have strong social engagement built-in.
• Developing and nurturing an stellar external partner network for content creation and distribution regionally and globally.
• Managing and building a world-class creative team bringing together experts from film, design, editorial and digital.
• Constantly pushing the envelope on how we can create creative concepts to engage our audience in an ongoing dialogue and how we drive brand advocacy.
• Working closely together with the other Senior Leads in the agency to align all activities with content and strong creative concepts as the core.
• Driving technical innovation and development to further enhance the creative process.
• Responsible for planning and budgeting of the regional content production as a whole
